NOTICE OF HEARING
CITY OF BRIDGETON
PLANNING BOARD
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In compliance with the pertinent provisions of the Bridgeton Zoning and Land Development Ordinance, and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., notice is hereby given that a written application has been filed by the undersigned with the City of Bridgeton Planning Board for Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval and/or Amended Site Plan approval, together with "c" Variances pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c) for relief from the requirements relating to minimum side yard setback, and any and all other variances or waivers the Board may reasonably require in the exercise of its discretion, and without further public notice, in order to allow the undersigned applicant to construct, establish and maintain a cannabis operation comprised of 43,492 s.f. Class 1 Cannabis Cultivation facility and a 5,000 s.f. Class 2 Cannabis Manufacturing facility with associated site improvements including, but not limited to, parking, stormwater management, site circulation, lighting and landscaping in furtherance of the relief granted by the Bridgeton Planning Board at the hearing on February 23, 2022 via Resolution No. 22-01PB, which pertains to the property shown as Lot 1.03 in Block 132 on the Bridgeton Tax Map, (formerly known as Lots 1, 1.01 & 3 in Block 132), which property is located at 10 Grove Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey.
Public hearing on the above-mentioned application has been scheduled for December 10, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Court Complex located at 330 Fayette Street, Bridgeton, NJ 08302, at which time and place any interested party (as defined in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-4) will have an opportunity to be heard.
All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public during regular business hours in the office of the Planning and Zoning Board Secretary, 50 E. Broad Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey. Please take further notice that the Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone or continue said hearing from time to time and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Board Office concerning such adjournments, postponements or continuations.
