TAKE NOTICE that on the 13th day of April, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., a hearing will be held before the City of Millville Planning board on the 5th floor at the Municipal Building, 12 S. High Street, Millville, New Jersey, on the application of the undersigned for a Minor Subdivision Plan with bulk variances for lot size, frontage, depth and pre-existing building setbacks, along with any other associated variances or waivers deemed necessary from the requirements of the Millville city ordinances so as to permit the owner to make a lot-line adjustment between Lot 1 and Lot 2 in order to add acreage to Lot 2 on the premises at 528 & 530 Crest Avenue and designated as Block 403, Lot 1 & 2 on the City of Millville Tax Map.
