Notice of Public Hearing, City of Vineland, Zoning Board of Adjustment PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Vineland for: preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval with a Use (D) variance to permit a 4,800 sq. ft. addition to the exiting building. The addition to be used for storage in connection with the present use which is Light Industrial under a variance granted September 2016 – the building is used for assembly of electronic wiring harnesses and other electronic equipment. The property contains 7.868 acres and is zoned B-3 & R-4, along with any other variances, waivers or approvals deemed necessary by the Zoning Board. On property located at 1755 North Delsea Drive and more particularly known as Block 1201, Lot 45. A Public Hearing will be held on April 15, 2026 at 7:00 PM at Council Chambers of City Hall (Second Floor), 640 E Wood Street, Vineland, New Jersey, 08360 at which time you may appear either in person or by attorney and present objections you may have to this Application.
