PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Vineland for: variance relief to permit the installation of a six (6) foot vinyl privacy fence along the Chapel Drive and Scarpa Drive sides of my property, which is a corner lot located at the address referenced below;
along with any other variance, waivers or approvals deemed necessary by the Zoning Board.
On property located at: 2308 Scarpa Drive, Vineland, NJ 08361 and more specifically known as Block(s): 2502 Lot(s): 24
A Public Hearing will be held on May 20th, 2026, at 7:00 PM at Council Chambers of City Hall (Second Floor), 640 E. Wood Street, Vineland, New Jersey, 08360 at which time you may appear either in person or by attorney and present objections you may have to this Application. All maps and documents related to the below listed application on file are available for inspection in the Planning Division on the fourth floor of City Hall between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
This notice is being given in accordance with the requirements of the Vineland City Ordinances and Municipal Land Use Law N.J. Statutes Section 40:55D et. seq. Further take notice that said Zoning Board of Adjustment may at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearing from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Zoning Board of Adjustment Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements or continuations.
