NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING HEARING BOARD   Notice is hereby given that the Mont Alto Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing as provided in the Mont Alto Zoning Ordinance for the following Appeal/Request for Variance in Borough Council Chambers, 3 North Main Street, Mont Alto, Pennsylvania on Tuesday, October 7th, 2025, at 2: 30 p.m. APPEAL NO. 1 OF 2025, Appellants, Daryl and Debra Nunemaker, have filed an appeal from the action of the Zoning Enforcement Officer and are requesting a variance from the side yard setback area. Accessory Building and Structure Regulations of the Borough Zoning Ordinance are established under ARTICLE V; Section 5.1 require that such structures be set back a minimum of five (5’) from any side or rear lot line. The appeal and request for variance are made under Section 8.4 A and Section 8.4 C with a request for relief from the requirements of Section 5.1 A. 2 of the Zoning Ordinance.
