A public hearing as required by the General Code of Ordinances for Marathon County Chapter 17 Zoning Code will be held by the Marathon County Board of Adjustment at 9:00 a.m., February 26, 2026, at the Lake View Conference Center - 1000 Lake View Drive, Wausau WI 54403 – Superior Room.

2. *The application of Jeff Krukowski, for a conditional use permit per 17.204.54 "Nonmetallic Mining" of the General Code of Ordinances for Marathon County Chapter 17 Zoning Code, for the purpose of a 10 acre mine boundary expansion and continued operation of an existing permitted nonmetallic mining operation (Reclamation Permit#: R00-006 and R03-006, these permits are also being combined into one) on properties currently owned by Krukowski Stone Co Inc. Mosinee, WI 54455
