Legal Notice The Northcentral Technical College District (NTC) has completed an Environmental Assessment for the construction of facilities in Wausau, WI. The Wisconsin Technical College System Board (WTCSB) has reviewed the environmental Assessments and have made a preliminary determination that the proposed actions would have no significant environmental impacts. A copy of the assessment is on file at the Facilities Office, and is available for public review during office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Questions regarding the assessments should be directed to the President. Persons having an interest in the proposed action may comment on the environmental assessment. The comments shall clearly set forth the manner in which the proposed action will affect his/her environment. Comments must be submitted in writing within 15 days of this notification to: Daniel P.
