NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF HIGH COUNTRY RANCH LLC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that High Country Ranch LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Company"), has dissolved effective January 21, 2026. The Company is in the process of winding up its affairs and intends to file a Certificate of Cancellation with the Delaware Secretary of State. All persons, firms, or corporations having a claim against the Company are requested to present their claims in writing to the Company. Claims must include the name and address of the claimant, the total amount of the claim, and a description of the basis for the claim, including relevant dates and documentation. Send claims to High Country Ranch LLC c/o Heather Chandler, 11740 San Vicente #109 PMB 631, Los Angeles, CA 90049. All claims must be received by the Company no later than May 15, 2026. Any claim not received by the Bar Date will be barred to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
