NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Sections 575-56 E (5) and 575-55 of the City of Peekskill Zoning Ordinance, Public Hearings will be held by the City of Peekskill Zoning Board of Appeals and the City of Peekskill Planning Commission in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 840 Main Street, Peekskill, New York, at 7:30 pm on the following dates, or as soon thereafter as can be heard, on the following application:

The applicant, ARQ Architecture, P.C. (Jorge B. Hernandez, RA, A.I.A), of Ossining, New York, is requesting the Zoning Board of Appeals' approval of Area Variances relating to off-street parking and maneuvering pursuant to Section 575-12 G (8) (a) of the City of Peekskill Zoning Ordinance, and location of accessory buildings on lot pursuant to Section 575-22 D (4) (b); and Final Site Plan Approval from the Planning Commission pursuant to Sections 575-56 B (4) and (6) to legalize a finished basement, accessory structures, enlargement of the driveway, and the construction of new front bluestone steps and pathway, which require that Public Hearings be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Planning Commission. The subject property is located at 1891 Carhart Avenue in Peekskill, New York, is designated on the City Tax Maps as Section 23.19, Block 1, Lot 2, and is located within the R-1B, One-Family Residential District.
All application materials are on file in the Department of Planning in City Hall and are open for public inspection. The application materials will also be available on the website prior to the hearings. All interested persons are invited to be present at the public hearings. All submissions received by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the hearings will be entered into the meeting records.
