PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Pleasantville, New York, will hold a Public Hearing on the 25th of September, 2025, in person at 80 Wheeler Avenue, Pleasantville, NY and via teleconference beginning at 8:15 P.M. pursuant to Article VIII of the Zoning Ordinance on the Appeal of Mary Faithorn Scott on behalf of Daniel & Meghan Bruen residing at 15 Great Oak Lane, Pleasantville, New York, from the decision of Robert Hughes, Building Inspector, dated September 16, 2025 for a permit to construct additions and alterations to the existing single family structure on-site in violation. The property involved is described on the Village Tax Maps as Section 106.6, Block 2, Lot 20, and is located on the northeastern side of Great Oak Lane, Pleasantville, New York in an R-1 "One-Family Residence" zoning district. Said appeal is being made to obtain a variance(s) from Section 185-36.B (1) Schedule I "Bulk Requirements", of the Village Municipal Zoning Ordinance which sets forth the following criteria:
