The Putnam Valley Central School District ("District") invites proposals from qualified firms and/or individuals to provide legal services for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, subject to annual review and renewal by the Board of Education.
Proposals should be submitted through the BidLogiQ portal found at the Putnam Valley CSD Website (www.pvcsd.org) or directly at https://app.logiq.bid.
Proposals must be submitted no later than 3:00 pm on April 29, 2026.
All questions must be submitted via the BidLogiQ RFI module no later than 3:00 pm on April 22, 2026. Responses and any addenda will be issued through BidLogiQ. Only information provided through official addenda or RFI responses shall be binding. The District reserves the right to amend the RFP at any time prior to the submission deadline.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, negotiate with qualified proposers, or cancel this RFP in whole or in part if deemed to be in its best interest. This RFP does not obligate the District to award a contract or to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal.
