NOTICE OF THE SUBMISSION TO THE PENDER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE PROPOSED SCHEDULES, STANDARDS AND RULES TO BE USED FOR THE 2026 COUNTY WIDE GENERAL REAPPRAISAL (REVALUATION) AND OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on October 20, 2025 the Pender County Tax Administrator submitted to the Pender County Board of Commissioners the proposed true value and present-use value schedules, standards and rules to be used in the 2026 general reappraisal of real property in Pender County.   Notice is further given that a copy of said proposed true value and present-use value schedules, standards and rules were filed in the office of the Pender County Tax Administrator, 300 East Fremont St, Burgaw, North Carolina, on October 20, 2025 where said proposed schedules, standards and rules are available for public inspection.   Notice is further given that on November 17, 2025 at 6:00 pm, the Pender County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on said proposed schedules, standards and rules. All interested citizens are invited to be present and comment on said proposed schedules, standards and rules. Said public hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room in the Pender County Administration Building, 805 South Walker Street, Burgaw, NC.   Notice is further given that the final schedules, standards and rules will not be adopted by the Board of County Commissioners until at least seven (7) days after the public hearing herein referred to.
