GENERAL USE REZONING CASE: REZONE 2025-95
Jeffrey L. Morris and Nora F. Morris, applicants, are requesting the approval of a General Use Rezoning Map Amendment to rezone an approximately 1.65 acre portion of one larger parcel totaling approximately 16 acres from the PD, Planned Development, zoning district to the O&I, Office and Institutional, zoning district. The main subject property is located east of Highway 17 and north of Vista Lane. The area subject to the request is located between Highway 17 and the new Bypass Connector (road). The property may be further identified by Pender County PIN 4203-07-1431-000L.
ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT CASE: ZTA 2026-35
Pender County Planning & Community Development, applicant, is requesting the approval of a Zoning Text Amendment to the Pender County Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). Specifically, the request is to revise Section 5.2.3, Table of Permitted Uses, to allow hotels and motels in more zoning districts, including Industrial Transitional District (IT) and General Industrial (GI).
