Duncan, DECEASED, LATE OF 314 North Mill Street, Fredericksburg, Ohio 44627, WAYNE COUNTY PROBATE COURT, CASE NO. 2025 PB-E 000253: You are hereby notified that decedent died on January 15, 2025 and that decedent's will was admitted to probate by this Court on March 19, 2025. This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from decedent had decedent died intestate and to all legatees and devisees named in his will who do not waive notice. After a certificate is filed evidencing any notices given, any action to contest the validity of the will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the certificate for estates where decedents die on or after January 1, 2002. You are further notified that the inventory of decedent's assets has been filed and a hearing on the inventory will be held on July 28, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. The Court is located at 107 W. Liberty St., Wooster, Ohio 44691. You are required to review the inventory. If you do not agree with the inventory, you must file an objection to the inventory in writing at least five business days prior to the hearing. You must also send a copy of your objection to the attorney, if there is one, and fiduciary. If objections are timely filed, a hearing will occur on the date and time previously noted.
