LEGAL NOTICE The Board of County Commissioners of Wayne County, Ohio, will accept sealed proposals on or before 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, for: ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT RECORDING SERVICES (E-RECORDING) To request copies of the Request for Proposal (RFP), send a written request via email to: Amanda Stock (Bid Coordinator) at AStock@wayneohio.org. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that all emails are sent and received. Bidders shall submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of their Proposal AND a complete copy of the Proposal on a USB in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked: BID FOR E-RECORDING. All forms provided in the RFP are to be completed in entirety.
