LEGAL NOTICE The Board of County Commissioners of Wayne County, Ohio, will accept sealed bids on or before 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, for the: METRO HOUSING REHAB AND RENOVATION PROJECT To request copies of the Invitation to Bid (ITB), send a written request via email to: Amanda Stock (Bid Coordinator) at AStock@wayneohio.org Complete detail for this Project can be found online here: https://www.wayneohio.org/legal-notices/ All questions must be submitted via email to the individual named above. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that all emails are sent and received. Bidders shall submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of their bid AND a complete copy of the bid on a USB in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked: BID FOR METRO HOUSING REHAB AND RENOVATION PROJECT. All forms provided in the ITB are to be completed in entirety. Physical copies of the bid submission are to be submitted in person or via mail to: The Board of County Commissioners, 428 West Liberty Street, Lower Level, Wooster, Ohio 44691 All bids must include a Bid Guaranty. Prevailing Wage rates apply to this project. Any bid not received at or before 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 will be disqualified. Bids received on time will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Meeting Room (Upper Level) of the Wayne County Administration Building, 428 West Liberty Street, Wooster, Ohio 44691.
