The sale will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of a request for proposals that may be found at www.douglas-ma.gov or obtained from the Board of Selectmen's office at 29 Depot Street. Proposals are due no later than Noon on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 in the Selectmen's office. The appraised value of the property is $390,000.
