Notice is hereby given that an application has been filed with the Sterling Zoning Board of Appeals by Pratts Automotive for a Special Permit to allow for the sale or rental of new or used cars and trailers. (Article 2, Section 2.3.1 C23 of the Sterling Protective Bylaws). The property is located at 78 Worcester Road, Sterling, MA, Parcel ID 137-3, and located in the Commercial and Groundwater zoning districts.
A public hearing for this application will be held at the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, Room 205, 1 Park Street, Sterling on October 7, 2025 at 6:00 pm, at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to allowance on this application.
