MORTGAGEE’S NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain Mortgage given by Guido Quesada, Jr to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgageit, Inc., It's successors and assigns, dated April 25, 2007 and recorded with the Worcester County (Worcester District) Registry of Deeds at Book 41072, Page 19, subsequently assigned to HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Deutsche ALT-A Securities Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-3 by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
