Jamila Aroush has applied for a Certificate of Appropriateness & Building Demolition Delay Waiver relative to MGL Chapter 40, Section C, and the City of Worcester Historic Building Demolition Ordinance (Ch. 9, § 13, Revised Ordinances), for property situated at 134 Elm Street (COA-25-30). The property, constructed about 1889, is listed in MACRIS, in the State Register of Historic Places, in the National Register of Historic Places (district & MRA), is located in the Elm Park Neighborhood Local Historic District, and was known historically as Bowker–Bagdigian Three Decker. The petitioner seeks approval for the following work:
• Replace porch supports (retroactive)
