PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Worcester Historical Commission   258 Pleasant Street (MBL 03-026-00007)   Christopher Bettencourt has applied for a Certificate of Appropriateness & Building Demolition Delay Waiver relative to MGL Chapter 40, Section C, and the City of Worcester Historic Building Demolition Ordinance (Ch. 9, § 13, Revised Ordinances), for property situated at 258 Pleasant Street (COA-25-32). The property, constructed before 1860, is listed in MACRIS, in the State Register of Historic Places, is located in the Crown Hill Local Historic District, and was known historically as the CH Stearns Steam Bakery.
