Francesco Bianco has applied for a Certificate of Appropriateness & Building Demolition Delay Waiver relative to MGL Chapter 40, Section C, and the City of Worcester Historic Building Demolition Ordinance (Ch. 9, § 13, Revised Ordinances), for property situated at 80 William Street (COA-25-33). The property, constructed about 1914, is listed in MACRIS, in the State Register of Historic Places, in the National Register of Historic Places (district and MRA), is located in the Elm Park Neighborhood Local Historic District, and was known historically as John Woodman Higgins House. The petitioner seeks approval for the following work:
• Remove and reconstruct chimney
