LEGAL NOTICE
The Shrewsbury Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday evening, March 5, 2026 at 7:00 PM, in the Selectboard’s Hearing Room at the Richard D. Carney Municipal Office Building, 100 Maple Avenue, to hear the application of 223 Hartford Legacy, LLC., P.O Box 812359 Wellsley, MA 02482, as required by the Town of Shrewsbury Zoning Bylaw Section VII.F for a Site Plan Approval and Section VII.N for a Special Permit by the Planning Board, to allow for the demolition of a five thousand and twenty seven square feet (5,027 ft²) building, and the construction of a sixteen thousand and two hundred square feet (16,200 ft²) commercial building and a twelve thousand square feet (12,000 ft²) commercial building, each with an accessory garage. The proposed site plan is shown on a plan accompanied by the application titled “Site Development Plan for 223 Hartford Turnpike” prepared by J.M Grenier Associates INC., 118 Turnpike Road, Suite 200, Southborough, MA 01772, dated February 3, 2026, and stamped by Carlos Ferreira, P.E. The subject project is located at 223 Hartford Turnpike, northerly of Hartford Turnpike and east of Lake Street and consists in whole or in part of Shrewsbury Assessor’s Tax Plate 53 Plot 064000.
