In accordance with the requirements of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, section 5, The Clinton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 6:15 pm in the Select Chamber of Clinton Town Hall, 242 Church Street, Clinton, MA 01510, to receive public comments concerning proposed amendments to the Zoning By-Laws of the Town of Clinton. The following articles are proposed for inclusion as part of the FY2027 Annual Town Meeting warrant. Interested parties are encouraged to attend at the time and place designated. Written comments may also be addressed to the Planning Board, prior to the date of the Public Hearing, at the address indicated above.
ARTICLE__: to see if the Town will vote to amend Section 10000 of the Zoning By-law of the Town of Clinton by removing the definition of "KENNEL, COMMERCIAL" and inserting the following:
KENNEL: a pack or collection of dogs on a single premise, including a commercial boarding or training kennel, commercial breeder kennel, domestic charitable corporation kennel, personal kennel or veterinary kennel.
ARTICLE__: to see if the Town will vote to amend Section 3130.C.6 of the Zoning By-law of the Town of Clinton to read as follows:
