PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE In accordance with the provisions of MGL Ch. 40A, §11, the Southbridge Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 6:45 PM in the G.A.R. Hall, lower level, Town Hall, 41 Elm St, Southbridge, MA. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the special permit application, as filed by David Fromm, to allow for the operation of an Adult Use Marijuana Manufacturing Establishment, per 8.7.3 Requirements for Adult Use Marijuana Establishment of the Southbridge Zoning Bylaw, located at 79 North Street; Map 36; Lot 111 (Fromm Development Inc, owner). The application and plan are on file for review during normal business hours with the Town Clerk. This notice is also published electronically on www.telegram.com and on masspublicnotices.org.
