CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on December 9, 2025 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Ten Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 37(Q) OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO ESTABLISH ON-STREET PARKING ON A PORTION OF GROVE STREET ADJACENT TO MORGAN LANDING PARK Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 37(q) of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by deleting in Schedule IX the provision for: Grove Street, Both sides, from a point 400' west of Indian Lake Parkway to Holden Street, "No Parking Anytime Tow Away Zone" the inserting thereof the following new provisions: Grove Street, Both sides, from a point 400' west of Indian Lake Parkway to a point 790' north of Eagle Road, "No Parking Anytime Tow Away Zone" Grove Street, Both sides, from a point 1325' north of Eagle Road to Holden Street, "No Parking Anytime Tow Away Zone" Grove Street, West side, from a point 790' north of Eagle Road to a point 1325' north of Eagle Road, "No Parking Anytime Tow Away Zone" A Copy.
