CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on February 3, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE HANDICAP PARKING IN FRONT OF #18 STRATHMORE ROAD Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: Strathmore Road – Opposite # 20, East side, from a point 55' south of Cargill Avenue to a point 73' south of Cargill Avenue, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate Vehicles" the following new provision: Strathmore Road #18, West side, from a point 255' south of Harlem Street to a point 280' south of Harlem Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicle" A Copy.
