CITY OF WORCESTER AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE HANDICAP PARKING IN FRONT OF #27 HITCHCOCK ROAD Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: Hitchcock Road, North side, from a point 580' West of Freeland Street to a point 600' West of Freeland Street, "No Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicles" the following new provision: Hitchcock Road, North side, from a point 260' East of Haynes Street to a point 285' East of Haynes Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicles."
