NOTICE OF AQUATIC TREATMENT AT BROOKS POND Please be advised that on April 22nd and May 22nd, Solitude Lake Management of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts will be conducting invasive plant herbicide treatments at Brooks Pond in the towns of: Oakham, Spencer, North Brookfield and New Braintree, Massachusetts. The pond will be closed all day on April 22nd and May 22nd. Additionally, use of the pond's water will be restricted as follows following the April 22nd treatment. No Irrigation – Restricted until June 22, 2026. Prior to treatment, the pond shoreline will be posted with signs warning of these water use restrictions.
