Notice of Public Hearing Under the Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131, Section 40, MGL as amended, the Southbridge Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on 16 April 2026 at 5:30 PM at 41 Elm Street in Southbridge, Edgar McCann Conference Room, on a Notice of Intent filed by Pennoni Associates, Inc. on behalf of EaglePicher Technologies for proposed construction work in a resource area at 15 Wells Street; all interested persons are welcome to attend and be heard.
