Southbridge Conservation Commission Public Hearing In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chap. 131, §40, as amended, the Southbridge Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 16, 2025, beginning at 5:45 p.m. in the McCann Conference Room. The purpose of the hearing is to act on a Notice of Intent filed by EaglePicher Technologies for proposed installation of three transformers in the driveway of 25 Optical Drive in the riverfront area. The project is located at 15 Wells Street (Map 37 Parcel 5). Any person interested or wishing to be heard on this request should appear at the time and place designated. Copies of the plans are located at the Southbridge Town Clerk's Office. This notice is also available on the Massachusetts Newspaper Publishers Association's website.
