Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Town of Douglas Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw: Request for Determination of Applicability, as requested by The Cemetery Commission: The owner of the property is the Town of Douglas. The proposed work is located at 15 & 17 Main Street Map-Parcel(s): 198-5 & 198-6. The proposed project is for the removal of non-native shrubs & invasive species and reseeding with native plantings. The Public Meeting will be held on April 27, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the Municipal Center, Resource Room, 29 Depot St, Douglas, MA.
