INVITATION TO BID NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners, Palm Beach County, State of Florida, will receive sealed bids from qualified Contractors, at: Palm Beach County Department of Airports 846 Palm Beach International Airport West Palm Beach, Florida 33406 until the hour of 2:00 PM, Local Time, February 10, 2026 and said bids will be opened and publicly read immediately thereafter in the conference room, at the above address, on the same day for: PALM BEACH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Runway 10L-28R Rehabilitation Palm Beach County Project No. PB 25-12 Palm Beach County Department of Airports The work generally consists of: 1. Mill and overlay existing asphalt pavement of Runway 10L-28R and its blast pads. 2. Reconstruct full depth asphalt shoulder pavement for Runway 10L-28R 3. Regrade runway safety areas to meet FAA criteria 4. Install drainage infrastructure improvements 5. Install airfield markings 6. Install airfield electrical infrastructure and improvements, including lighting, signage, and appurtenances. All conditions and requirements for bid submission, consideration, and award are contained in the Contract Documents, which include the plans and specifications. The work must conform to plans and specifications, which may be obtained or examined on or after January 12, 2026. Bid proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by Palm Beach County and accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, money order or a bid bond submitted on the form provided, in favor of Palm Beach County in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid price.
