Advertisement for Bid Notice is hereby given that Randolph Construction Group, Inc. (Construction Manager) for the School District of Palm Beach County (Owner) will receive proposals for the FCA Renovation at Hidden Oaks Elementary School. Scope of work includes, but not limited to: demolition, finishes, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems, ADA upgrades, VCT Flooring and sitework as indicated on the Drawings and outlined in the Specifications. Participation by small businesses and minority firms are strongly encouraged. The established minimum SBE sub-contractor participation goal for this project is 25% for SBE owned firms certified by the School District. Project # 0011-7100 Hidden Oaks ES - FCA Renovations Site located at: 7685 S. Military Trail, Lake Worth, FL 33463 A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site, date to be determined. Bid Documents will be available on or about January 15, 2026. Federal Hwy, Ste. 1, Delray Beach, FL 33483. Owner and / or Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals which is in its best interest. Owner and / or Construction Manager also reserve the right to waive any informalities and technicalities in procedure.
