ITB#25-26-111MB, ECR Propane (LP) Gas, Furnish, Deliver & Offload The City of West Palm Beach (the "City") as agent for the East Central Regional Wastewater Facility Operations Board (the "ECR") is soliciting bids from responsible and qualified suppliers to furnish, deliver and offload Propane (LP) Gas to the ECR wastewater treatment facility ("the "WWTF"), at a fixed price, on an as needed basis. Solicitation documents may be acquired electronically and free of charge by registering and logging onto the City's third party website, DemandStar at: https://network.demandstar.com/for-business. The solicitation and any addenda posted by the City on DemandStar are the only official procurement documents. The City does not post procurement solicitations on other third-party sites and is not responsible for the content posted on any third-party site other than DemandStar. Time is of the essence and any proposal received after 3:00 pm, January 29, 2026, whether by mail or otherwise, will be returned unopened. Contractors are responsible for ensuring their proposal is time-stamped by Procurement personnel by the deadline. The City shall not be responsible for any delays caused by any occurrence. Contractors shall submit one (1) original, one (1) electronic version on a flash drive and one (1) copy of the Bid Response in a sealed envelope, marked in the lower left-hand corner with the Contractor's company name, ITB number, ITB title, submittal deadline date and time. IMPORTANT. Contact by a Contractor, or anyone representing a Contractor, regarding this ITB with the Mayor, any City Commissioner, Officer, City employee, ECR Board Member, ECR Board Alternate Member, committee member or Mayor, Commissioner or Official of the governing body of any ECR Member, or any officer or employee of any ECR Member, other than an employee of the West Palm Beach Procurement Division, is grounds for disqualification.
