NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 8, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 50-2025-CA-005791-XXXA-MB in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST, Plaintiff and LISA PAM WILDSTEIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISA PAM WILDSTEIN; ARTISTRY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCATION, INC., are defendants, Mike Caruso, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on May 13, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
