NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2026, and entered in Case No. 50-2025-CA-012054-XXXAMB DIV.: AI of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein THE LANDS OF THE PRESIDENT CONDOMINIUM EIGHT-A ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MARIANA UBILLA is Defendant, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
