The real property which is the subject matter of this litigation is described as follows: A part of lots 6, 7, and 8, Tiffany Lake, according to the plat thereof on file in the public records of Palm Beach County, Florida, in Plat Book 30, pages 8 and 9, the part of said lands conveyed being: Unit No. 1 Building 52, Tiffany Lake, PHASE III, a Condominium, A Condominum, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 2276, Page 720; and any amendments thereof; together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the above described unit; said instruments being recorded and said land situate, lying and being in Palm Beach County, Florida.
