NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Grand Rapids Town Board on:
Wednesday, January 14, 2025
at 6:00 P.M.
Town of Grand Rapids Town Hall,
2410 48th Street South, Wisconsin Rapids
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider a proposed rezoning, and receive public comments on the following:
An application has been filed by Badger-land Survey, LLC on behalf of Dennis Goetsch for the rezoning of 1.817-acre parcel of land identified as part of parcel number 0700771K from A Agriculture to R2 Residential, One- and Two- Family.
Information regarding the rezoning is available for viewing at the Town Hall, 2410 48th St. S., Wisconsin Rapids, WI. All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing and be heard. Written comments can be submitted to the Town Zoning Administrator prior to the meeting and shall become part of the record.
Requests for person with disabilities who need assistance to participate in this meeting or hearing should be made to the Town Clerk's Office at (715) 414-1821 at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the meeting so that any necessary arrangements can be made to accommodate each request.
