Notice of Summary of Ordinance Please take notice that the Wisconsin Rapids Common Council, at its meeting held on December 16, 2025 adopted the following general ordinances: Ordinance No. MC 1404 – Amending Section 340.008(1)(e) of the Municipal Code – establishing roadways as truck access routes. Ordinance No. MC 1405 – Amending Section 25.04 of the Municipal Code – regulating dog and cat controls. Ordinance No. MC 1406 – Repealing Section 25.06 of the Municipal Code – requiring pet exemption permits.
