INVITATION FOR A SEALED BID The School District of the City of York is soliciting bids for a is soliciting sealed bids from qualified online curriculum vendors to provide comprehensive digital instructional materials and services for students in grades K-12 for the 2026–2027 school year. Sealed Bid criteria can be requested from Ms. Leah Hilliard via email at hillilea@ycs.k12.pa.us or in person between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday from December 15-23, 2025, at the School District of the City of York Bearcat Cyber Academy Building located at 329 Lindberg Avenue, York, PA 17401. All bids must be sealed and delivered by the bidder to the School District of the City of York on or before 4:00 pm on Friday, January 9, 2026, where and when bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The School District of the City of York reserves the right to reject any and/or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids received late or incomplete will not be considered. Bids may be held in the School District of the City of York for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract.   PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT The SDCY is accepting Sealed Bids for qualified online curriculum vendors to provide comprehensive digital instructional materials and services for students in grades K-12 for the 2026–2027 school year.
