PUBLIC NOTICE 2026 INVITATION TO BID EAST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP Sealed proposals are being requested by East Manchester Township for furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work in connection with the 2026 Willow Springs Lane Paving Project in East Manchester Township, York County. All sealed bids must be received by the office of East Manchester TOwnship, 5080 N. Sherman Street Ext. Mt. Wolf PA 17347 by 10:00 AM on March 2, 2026. Proposals will be opened and read aloud at 10:05 AM on March 2, 2026, at the East Manchester TOwnship office and reviewed for acceptance and award at the Board of Supervisors meeting at 6:00 PM on March 10, 2026, at 5080 N. Sherman Street Ext. Mt. Wolf, PA 17347. Items of Construction are: Bid: Willow Springs Lane to be paved at 2 inches from Board Road to 590 Willow Springs approximately 3400 feet. Scratch coat and wearing course to obtain a 2% wearing course. Driveways need to be repaired to a maximum of ten feet for propert grade. Mill all end joints and driveways. Manhole risers adjusted or added where needed. All proposals should be sealed and marked "Bid for East Manchester Township - Willow Springs Lane Paving Project". Copies of the specifications are open to public inspection and may be procured during business hours at the office of East Manchester Townhip, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
