NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of Cross Roads Borough, York County, Pennsylvania, at its regular meeting on April 14, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. at 6881 Church Road, Felton, PA 17322, will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING to consider and receive public comment related to an ordinance authorizing Cross Roads Borough to enter into a cable franchise agreement by and between the Borough and Comcast for the provision of cable, internet and related services. All interested persons may appear and be heard. Within 60 days of the date of this notice, Cross Roads Borough Council will consider for passage the above-referenced ordinance.
