INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids will be received at Lower Windsor Township, 2425 Craley Road, Wrightsville, PA 17368 until 1:00 pm (prevailing time), Monday, May 4, 2026, after which they will be publicly opened and read for the following: Superpave, Aggregate and Road Oil. All materials shall meet PennDOT specifications. A Bid Bond is not required, but successful bidder when awarded a contract, shall deliver a Performance Bond and Payment Bond (with suitable surety) as specified in the contract. All bids must be on PennDOT forms. Scope of work and detail is available to all bidders free of charge at the Lower Windsor Township Municipal Building during normal business hours, M-F, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
