NOTICE OF SPECIAL EXCEPTION AND VARIANCE HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Jefferson Borough will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at the Jefferson Volunteer Fire Company, 31 Berlin Street, Spring Grove, PA 17362. The hearing is for the consideration of an application for a special exception and a variance. The special exception application is for an eighty (80) single-family attached dwelling residential development with units to be townhomes on separate lots. The variance application is to reduce the minimum lot size from 3,000 square feet per dwelling unit to 2,300 square feet per dwelling unit. The proposed development is located on a 10.23-acre parcel off Berlin Street, Jefferson Borough, PA 17362, Tax Parcel ID No. 73-000-01-0003.00-00000. The Applicant is J.A. Myers Building and Development, Inc. The property owner is the Estate of Joseph A. Myers.
