Councilmembers Davis, McCoy, Middleton, Clair and Baker voted in favor of adopting the ordinance. There were no votes against it. This ordinance shall be in full force and effective on the 31st day following its adoption and after publication and posting as required by law. ORDINANCE NO. 889 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YREKA, CALIFORNIA AMENDING CHAPTER 12.04 TO THE YREKA MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "WATERWORKS" AND FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THIS ORDINANCE IS NOT SUBJECT TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT PURSUANT TO CEQA GUIDELINES SECTIONS 15061(b)(3) AND 15378 Ordinance No. 889 amends Section 12.04 of the Yreka Municipal Code regarding water service accounts, billing responsibility and collection procedures. The amendments to Chapter 12.04 made by Ordinance No. 889 will not change the rates paid by rate payers.
