REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Sealed proposals are being accepted for a TANF Summer Youth Employment Program. Muskingum County Job and Family Services (MCJFS) anticipates receiving federal TANF/PRC funding to operate a Summer Youth Employment Program for TANF eligible youth ages 16 – 18. MCJFS is currently soliciting proposals for private or public sector entities to employ, supervise and/or train youth as well as operate the TANF Summer Youth Employment Program. Preferences may be given for prior experience. Specifications may be obtained by contacting Katie Lee (Alecia.Lee@jfs.ohio.gov) at the Muskingum County Job and Family Services between normal business hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Bids are to be presented in a sealed envelope plainly marked "2026 Summer Youth Employment Program" and in the possession of the Muskingum County Job and Family Services, 455 Woodlawn Ave., Zanesville OH 43701, on or before 4:30 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2026. The Muskingum County Job and Family Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids on any basis and without disclosure of a reason, and to waive any technicalities or informalities in the bid, which does not materially alter the contract document.
