The agenda includes the approval of the minutes of the Regular BOC meeting held on May 19, 2026. Resolution 2026-05; A Resolution approving The Mesilla Valley Public Housing Authority Fiscal Year 26-27 Operating Budget, Resolution 2026-06; A Resolution approving Mesilla Valley Public Housing Authority Cost Allocation Plan; Resolution 2026-07; A Resolution approving Write-off Uncollectible Accounts for Public Housing and Non-Subsidized Properties, Resolution 2026-08; A Resolution approving replacement of roof shingles on 9 buildings (duplexes 2 units per duplex) at Walnut Grove Community and a Closed Executive Session; Closed to the pursuant to §10-15-1 (H) (2) NMSA 1978 to discuss limited personnel matters.
