LEGAL NOTICE
Bristlecone Apartments 2026 LP, a partnership between MJT Properties, Inc. and Featherstone Development, LLC, will submit an application to the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA). The purpose of the application is to request an allocation of state tax credits from the CHFA to develop 112 units of affordable rental apartments in Fort Collins, Colorado. The request of funding from CHFA is to benefit persons with low and moderate incomes by increasing the availability of affordable housing in Fort Collins. It is not the intent to cause displacement from any existing housing; however, if persons are displaced from their existing residences reasonable housing alternatives shall be offered.
A Public Hearing shall be held virtually through videoconferencing technology on Thursday, July 23rd, 2026 at 2:00 pm to solicit input and comment from community members. Upon entry to the meeting, please type or say your name and address in the chat to be recorded on the sign-in sheet. During the meeting participants can submit comments by typing them in to the chat or making a request to speak in the chat, and then waiting to be called upon to speak. The Public Hearing will be recorded and a copy of the recording and a transcript of the Hearing, as well as the sign-in sheet, will be submitted to CHFA with the application.
