NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Randall County Commissioners Court will conduct a public hearing at a meeting on July 28, 2026, to consider establishing the Randall County Reinvestment Zone No. 6 ("Zone") under Chapter 312 of the Texas Tax Code to consist of the following property owned by Owens Corning Composite Materials, LLC.: Tract I: An approximately 107.7000 acres of land located at 2250 W. Sundown Ln. Amarillo, Texas, situated in the southern portion of Section 181, BLK 0002, A B & M, survey Randall County, Texas. Tract II: An approximately 149.32 acres of land located at 1701 W. Loop 335 South, Amarillo, Texas, situated in the northern portion of Section 181, BLK 0002, A B & M, survey Randall County, Texas. In determining whether to designate the Zone, the Commissioners Court will consider whether such designation would contribute to the retention or expansion of primary employment or would attract major investment in the Zone that would benefit the land to be included in the Zone and would contribute to the economic development of Randall County. If adopted, the property would become the "Randall County Reinvestment Zone No. 6". The public hearing will take place at 9:00 a.m. on July 28, 2026, in the Commissioners Courtroom located in the Randall County Finance Building, third floor, 501 16th Street, Canyon, Texas. All interested parties may appear and present testimony regarding designation of the Zone.
